Duties:  Maintain and improve existing client list, generate new business on FOX and MyNet duopoly stations and websites to generate significant revenue and achieve sales budget. Proficient negotiation skills utilizing NSI LPM ratings and qualitative info., strong written and oral communication and presentation skills req.  Requirements: 4 yr College degree or equivalent media sales experience in a  major market pref. Major network affiliation pref.  Proven success with generating and maintaining new business and experience with major sports programming sales. req.  Prior exp with WideOrbit and OneDomain pref. KSAZ/KUTP – MultiMedia Promotion Producer
Candidates should be highly skilled in all areas of a/v digitizing, editing and encoding techniques, internet publishing software and content management systems. Operate EFP television cameras, digital cameras. Must know basic lighting and set up techniques.  Must work independently, accurately, efficiently within specific time constraints. Strong creative background, excellent writing and communications skills required. Proficiency with software for use in broadcast or web production including CGI, logo design, animation, live action video, and editing to produce client-specific promotion. Create 2D and 3D graphics using Adobe Creative Suite 3, Flash and Webtools software to produce vector-based environments that facilitates the integration of graphics, animation, text, video and audio for interactive web promotions. Skill w/ html coding and back-end website maintenance & programming. Weekends, holidays and varied hours req.  Must be able to lift & carry fifty (50) pounds & w/ equipment, traverse walking distances, up/down stairs, rough terrain. KSAZ TV – Maintenance Engineer
KSAZ-TV Phoenix is seeking a broadcast TV maintenance engineer with 5+ years broadcast television experience and strong troubleshooting skills.  The ideal candidate will be able to install, maintain, and operate automation systems, video server systems, video and audio switchers and routers, computers, Ethernet networks, transmitters, and other related broadcast equipment.  Experience configuring and maintaining file based HD video equipment is required.  Previous experience with Miranda iTX Automation systems, Sony production switchers, ELC automation, Vinten robotics systems, and Chyron graphics systems is a plus.  HS diploma, college/technical degree pref.  5+ years broadcast television experience req. Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid AZ driver's license, maintain a clean MVR and vehicle insurance.  Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 70 lbs. in weight, traversing extended walking distances over rough mountainous terrain to reach various transmitter sites.  Must drive a vehicle/4-wheel drive for extended periods of time to perform maintenance and repair responsibilities at various transmitter sites in all weather conditions.  Must be able to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects. Operate Sony ELC automation, MV8000G video switcher and associated peripherals. Work w/ Producers to assemble show rundowns in I-News, camera blocking and talent placement, set lighting and design, props, audio support and strategy sessions and post show debriefing. Use iNews computer, ELC playlist viewer, Avid Command, ISQ playout of Chyron Hyper-X and Xclyps, Vinten Fusion camera control, Wheatstone audio console, and the Sony 8000 video switcher. Maintain manual “director” and/or “Technical Director” skills in the event of catastrophic failure. Perform Shot Box function, use Cue folders, use Icon manager application to video levels and routing, control switcher macros, and trigger/effect/control robotic cameras. Floor direct as needed. As part of the Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our daily logs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Work with commercial inventory, program formats, process and download Station logs. Responsibilities include performing all generalist duties for the Fox O&O duopoly in Phoenix, AZ and the Technical Hub in Las Vegas, NV, including but not limited to direct and manage the Stations' employee relations and employment programs and initiatives, recruiting/applicant tracking, performance management and performance evaluation administration, FMLA, worker's compensation, policy administration, and affirmative action compliance and monitoring. Candidate will work in concert with Station management and Corporate Human Resources to ensure that all employment regulatory requirements are met and that all Company policies are adhered to.
